Yes. The best procedure is to
- Open to the software and go to the device tab
- Open the xSP or Steelgate device
- Click on the staging tab and check the box that says "Write the backup to the staging folder"
- Select your USB destination for initial backup
- Save and run your backup
- Send us the USB and we will copy the data for you, and send you your USB back to you
